Processing happens at source through IQF halves and quarters, canned hearts, and jarred retail formats, removing the freight inefficiency of shipping fresh whole artichokes. Food service A10 cans, retail jars, and 10kg IQF formats are all supported with BRC or IFS, HACCP, and FDA registration.
