Commercial overview
Peruvian Purple and Napur varieties carry significantly higher allicin content than standard Asian export garlic, producing stronger pungency and higher yield in dehydrated flake and powder programs. Fresh bulbs are calibrated from 40-50mm upward, while dehydrated formats stay below 6% moisture. SENASA phytosanitary documentation and COA support are available per shipment.
